Licensing Agreement (EULA)

End User Licence Agreement (EULA) Last updated: March 2026

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Xanita (Pty) Ltd ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") upon completion of a purchase from the Xanita Cut File Store.

1. Grant of Licence Xanita (Pty) Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased cut file(s) for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

2. Permitted Uses You may use the cut files to:

• Create physical or digital products for personal use
• Create physical or digital products for sale in your own business
• Use the files across your own production equipment and workflows

3. Restrictions You may not:

• Resell, share, gift, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files themselves in any form
• Include the raw files in any product bundle, freebie, or digital download offering
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original designs
• Use the files in any way that competes directly with the Xanita Cut File Store

4. Ownership All intellectual property rights in the cut files remain exclusively with Xanita (Pty) Ltd. This licence grants you usage rights only — not ownership.

5. Termination This licence is terminated automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the relevant files in your possession.

6. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
