These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Xanita Cut File Store and any purchase made through it. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products All products sold through this store are digital cut files delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Ordering & Payment Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email containing your download link upon successful payment.

4. Downloads Each purchase entitles you to a maximum of 5 downloads of the purchased file(s). Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, or once the download limit has been reached, the link will expire. It is your responsibility to save your files promptly after purchase.

5. Licence All cut files are licensed for both personal and commercial use by the purchasing account holder. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files themselves — whether in original or modified form — with any third party. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with Xanita (Pty) Ltd at all times.

6. Refunds Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds will be issued once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@xanita.com and we will assist you.

7. Intellectual Property All cut files, designs, and associated content are the intellectual property of Xanita (Pty) Ltd and are protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability Xanita (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant purchase.

9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
